Dan Cong Black Tea
This tea combines the comforting, rich flavors and depth of a black tea with the brightness, aromatics, and clarity of a beautiful Dan Cong. It spans the full spectrum of aromas from dark malt and brown bread to rose water and tart raspberries. The persistent, warming, sweet finish feels indulgent yet refined. This tea would be excellent for introducing a black tea drinker to oolong or introducing an oolong drinker to black tea!

Suggested Brewing:
No rinsing is required. 6 - 8 grams of tea is suggested to put into your gaiwan (100 - 110 ml). Steep with boiling hot water (100℃/ 212℉) for 3 seconds. It can be steeped 10 - 13 times. After the initial steeping, steep for 3-6 seconds to compensate for the cooling water.
