Shipping Domestic

We offer free shipping for orders above $80 in the continental U.S.

For orders under $80, we offer a flat rate of $8. Your order will be ready to ship in 1 - 3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically take 1-5 days to reach their destination. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by an email with the shipping information.

All packages are shipped through USPS. Please feel free to contact us if you require any accommodations.


Shipping International

We use First-Class Package International from USPS to ship international orders. The price varies by weight.

For a package up to 2 lbs, it’s $24.95.

For a package up to 4 lbs, it’s $49.9.

For a package up to 6 Ibs, it’s $71.16.

The typical delivery time is 6 - 12 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by an email with the shipping information.

You will be able to see the estimated shipping cost during checkout. The cost is calculated automatically by weight. We will forward you the refund if the actual package is lighter than what you paid. Always reach out to us if you have any other questions.

For Brazilian customers, The local carrier USPS uses here is WWW.CORREIOS.COM.BR. Once the parcel has arrived in Brazil the recipient must enter the site WW.CORREIOS.COM.BR, click " MINHAS IMPORTAÇOES" and enter the original tracking number USPS gave you. After that it will appear if there is any tax to be paid in order to release the parcel and proceed to the final destination.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Tea

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
