High Mountain Xing Ren Xiang Dan Cong

High Mountain Xing Ren Xiang Dan Cong
These medium roasted, dark, long, and twisted tea leaves were harvested in May, 2025. A great Xing Ren (Almond) Xiang Dan Cong might not necessarily taste like actual almonds, but might remind you of the nutty flavor while leaning more toward the creamy and floral qualities of dan cong tea.
Add water and our Xing Ren Xiang Dan Cong will welcome you with the potent fragrance of flowers, milk, and berries. The flavor is bright, creamy, and sweet with a floral character and balanced bitterness. We especially like how the impressive aroma of this tea perfumes a room.
Please note that the tea will be shipped after November 30.

Suggested Brewing:
No rinsing is required. 6 - 8 grams of tea is suggested to put into your gaiwan (100 - 110 ml). Steep with boiling hot water (100℃/ 212℉) for 3 seconds. It can be steeped 10 - 13 times. After the initial steeping, steep for 3-6 seconds to compensate for the cooling water.
