Old Tree Mi Lan Xiang

Old Tree Mi Lan Xiang
“Mi Lan Xiang” can be literally translated as “Honey Orchid Aroma” in English. These heavily roasted, dark, long, and twisted tea leaves were harvested in May, 2025, and hand-picked from 60 year-old tea bushes. As a tree ages, its roots grow deeper and absorb richer minerals, which allows the tea leaves to mature and take on a notably complex aroma. The dry tea leaves deliver fragrances of orchid, almond milk, wood and honey.
6 - 8 grams of tea is suggested to put into your gaiwan (100 ml). Steep with boiling hot water (100℃/ 212℉) for only 3 seconds. It can be steeped 10 - 13 times. (Our video is coming soon)
When savoring the tea, my mouth is filled with smooth, mellow, honey, orchid, and a natural mineral flavor. I particularly enjoy the lingering sweet, warm aftertaste… it’s rich, with a delicate orchid, fruity and honey flavor. I feel like I'm drinking perfume.
Please note that the tea will be shipped after November 30.
