Crafted in Jingdezhen, China, by a studio specializing in soda-fired teaware, this gaiwan features a striking glaze of rich deep red and smoky grey. The soda firing process creates natural variations, adding layered textures and an elegant interplay of glossy and matte finishes.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
