Made by a ceramic studio in Japan, the traditional flower patterns were expertly hand painted on the porcelain. The glazing and firing took place after coloring, so the beautiful patterns and colors are wrapped under the glaze and won’t fade over time. We especially like the Japanese style pattern on the cup and pops of color. Its large capacity makes it a perfect teacup for solo tea drinking.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
