You Hua Xiang” can be translated as “pomelo fragrance”. These medium roasted, dark, long, and twisted tea leaves were hand-picked from tea bushes at a medium altitude (over 600 meters) in the Spring of 2020.

The wet tea leaves have a pleasant and refreshing fragrance of sweet clementines and grapefruit. This tea is tangy and bold with a combination of floral, citrus, and sweet notes. The taste is delightfully complex. In part, a mild astringency that brings out an underlying sharpness. Notes of lavender, orange, and grapefruit are apparent in the cup. The mouthfeel is thick-bodied which promotes a lingering aftertaste. Overall, this tea is energizing and invigorating. It will awaken you and provide clarity and clear-headedness. The energy of this tea reminds us of bright, warm sunshine.
