Our Mansa Raw Puerh was pressed in 2018 using spring tea leaves that were handpicked from high altitude (approximately 1400 meters) tea plantations. The average age of these trees in this tea plantation is more than 100 years old.
We choose to offer this tea simply because it is the one that we constantly go back to. The dry leaves of our 2018 Mansa Sheng Puerh have a sweet, fresh, buttery scent. The wet leaves smell more like creamy mango and salt with classic sheng funk. The liquor of this tea is distinctly fruity and sweet with a pleasant amount of complimentary bitterness. We were drawn to the notable plum flavor and enduring hui gan of this tea.
