Handmade by the same potter who created the triangle moonface gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, this tea tray has a depth and will catch drips, features a taro pink and earthy glaze covered with sporadic carbon trappings. This tea tray is unique and difficult to recreate as it is dependent upon environmental conditions during firing. It is suitable for dry-pour gongfu tea. The wide space provides plenty of room for your gaiwan or teapot.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
