Green tea is both the easiest and most difficult tea to master brewing. Why is it easy? Anyone can put their green tea leaves intall glass and add water to it. Why is it the most difficult? Few people know how to brew green tea the traditional Chinese way - how to properly select the teaware, choose the appropriate water temperature, and brew in a way that accentuates the nutty and fresh fragrance of the precious and valuable spring tea leaves while keeping their bitterness at bay. Beyond just making green tea as delicious as possible, bowl and spoon brewing encourages attention to detail. Purposefully arranging a complete set of spring teaware for a deliberate and unhurried traditional tea ceremony is a practice of patience.If you think you are not getting the most out of green tea you brew, this course is a perfect place for you to start!
