Our 2019 Special Grade Bai Mu Dan was held to a high standard, made with only spring pickings of one bud and one or two leaves. We suggest you use gaiwan to brew this type of white tea.
The dry leaves have plenty of long, fuzzy tea buds and exude a soft, creamy, floral aroma. Hot water draws out the vibrant, bright qualities of this tea’s fragrance. The liquor has a luxurious texture that pairs beautifully with its mellow flavors of melon, flowers, and buttery pastries.
