Handcrafted by a Jingdezhen studio renowned for one-of-a-kind teaware, these artisan gaiwans feature a captivating light green and smoky red glaze, each with its own distinctive shape. Natural brown speckles and a delicate crackled surface add texture and depth to the design. The wide-rim edge ensures a secure, comfortable grip, smooth pouring, and protection from heat. Every piece is individually hand-thrown and hand-glazed, resulting in subtle variations in shape and finish that make each gaiwan truly unique.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
