Handmade by the same potter who creates the mountain valley gaiwan in Jingdezhen, China, these gaiwans feature an ultra-smooth smoky glaze that appears matte. We particularly like the small size and unpretentious appearance. Each of these gaiwan is slightly different than the others in terms of size and glaze. Holds approximately 70 ml of liquids.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
