It's the most popular kettle for serious tea lovers in China and beyond — you'll find this model in many high-end tea rooms.

I discovered this kettle years ago when I took tea courses from my tea teacher in China, and I have been testing a variety of kettles in the U.S. since then. Years went by, and I couldn't find a kettle with better aesthetics and function, so we reached out to the manufacturer and requested a U.S. 110V version.

The capacity is under 600 ml — the perfect size for gongfu tea, as you don't want to reheat the same water multiple times. The switch is embedded in the handle, so you gently press down, select a temperature, and it starts working. Bringing room-temperature water to a boil is fast — under my own testing, it's under 3 minutes. There are 4 temperature settings: 45°C, 85°C, 95°C and 100°C.

We especially love the straight spout design. It makes pouring precise, giving you more control over your water flow.

Both U.S. and EU models are available. Please note that processing time differs between the two, as the U.S. model requires a minimum of 50 units to manufacture. This is a pre-order and takes about 3 months to complete.
