Handmade by a potter in Jingdezhen, China, this faircup features a glossy brown and creamy white glaze. It was created with refined clay. The unique appearance is a result of direct exposure to fire and ash over a long period. We especially like the brown rim that was created naturally and the creamy white glaze of this teacup. The neat shape makes it pour like a dream.

It’s food-safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
