How to Redeem
After purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase. Once the tea room opens, you can redeem your ticket or membership in person by showing your name, email, phone number, or order number. For memberships, your membership period will begin on the day you first redeem it.
Monthly memberships can be purchased at any time, but due to the small capacity of our tea room, we only offer 10 monthly membership spots each month and 5 yearly membership spots.
