Handmade by our favourite “Bian (邊）Studio” in Jingdezhen, China, this tea jar features a distinct matte black & silver glaze. Tea jars from the same studio hold approximately 60 grams of loose leaf, depending on the size of your tea leaves and which tea jar you choose.
Please note that the tarnished appearance will continue to develop over time with exposure to air. We consider this slow process something that adds character to silver teaware rather than a flaw.

It’s food-safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
