The red tea tray was handmade and skillfully painted in Jingdezhen, China, by the same potter who creates the blue sky dancing cranes tea tray. It features two rabbits playing in the field of pink cherry blossoms. We particularly like the hand-painted pattern and glossy finish of this tea tray. It fits perfectly for a gaiwan or a teapot.

It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
