Handcrafted in Jingdezhen, China, by a studio renowned for one-of-a-kind teaware, this artisan gaiwan features a soft, rosy-pink glaze that brings a touch of elegance to any tea table. Its rounded body fits comfortably in the hands and delivers a smooth, controlled pour—perfect for gongfu-style tea brewing. We especially love the muted pink tones of the glaze, reminiscent of a serene full moon, adding both beauty and tranquility to your tea ritual.
Each gaiwan is hand-thrown on the wheel and individually glazed, resulting in subtle variations in color and finish that make every piece unique.

Additional Information:
It’s food safe, of course. And also dishwasher safe. However, I strongly recommend that you wash and dry it by hand, and use it gently. Please do not use on an open flame, gas or electric stove-top. And try to avoid alternating hot and cold, which could cause cracking.
